Whitelisting Guide
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: If you’re not receiving our emails, check your spam or junk folder for an email from info@joinvictorynation.com. Mark it as "Not Spam" to help train your email client.
Add to Contacts: Adding our email to your contacts or address book is often the first step to whitelisting.
Use the Domain: Whitelisting the domain (@joinvictorynation.com) ensures all emails from Victory Nation are delivered, even if sent from different addresses.
Contact IT (if applicable): If you’re in an organization with strict email filters, ask your IT department to whitelist @joinvictorynation.com.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to Gmail:
Open your web browser and go to mail.google.com.
Sign in to your Gmail account.
Access Settings:
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Gmail interface.
Select See all settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Filters:
In the Settings menu, click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
Create a New Filter:
Click Create a new filter.
In the "From" field, enter @joinvictorynation.com to whitelist all emails from the Victory Nation domain.
Click Create filter.
Set Filter Actions:
Check the box for Never send it to Spam.
Optionally, check Always mark it as important or Categorize as Primary to ensure emails appear in your Primary inbox.
Click Create filter to save.
Add to Contacts (Optional):
Open an email from: newsletter.noreply@joinvictorynation.com.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the email.
Select Add to Contacts list.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Gmail App:
Launch the Gmail app on your iOS or Android device.
Check Spam Folder:
Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
Select Spam.
Find an email from info@joinvictorynation.com.
Mark as Not Spam:
Open the email.
Tap Report not spam at the top of the email.
This moves the email to your inbox and helps future emails avoid the spam folder.
Add to Contacts:
Open an email from: newsletter.noreply@joinvictorynation.com.
Tap the sender’s name or email address at the top.
Tap Add to contacts or the + icon to add to your contacts.
Open Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Access Junk Email Options:
Go to the Home tab.
Click Junk in the Delete group, then select Junk E-mail Options.
Add to Safe Senders:
In the Junk E-mail Options window, go to the Safe Senders tab.
Click Add.
Enter @joinvictorynation.com in the text box.
Click OK.
Apply Changes:
Click Apply, then OK to save your settings.
Add to Contacts (Optional):
Open an email from: newsletter.noreply@joinvictorynation.com.
Right-click the sender’s email address and select Add to Outlook Contacts.
Save the contact.
Open the Outlook App:
Launch the Outlook app on your iOS or Android device.
Check Junk Folder:
Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select Junk.
Find an email from: newsletter.noreply@joinvictorynation.com.
Move to Inbox:
Open the email.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Move to Focused Inbox or Move to Inbox.
Choose Move this and all future messages to ensure future emails go to the inbox.
Note: For full whitelisting, use the desktop version to add to Safe Senders, as the mobile app has limited settings.
Log in to Yahoo Mail:
Open your web browser and go to mail.yahoo.com.
Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account.
Access Settings:
Click the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner.
Select More Settings at the bottom of the menu.
Create a Filter:
In the Settings menu, click Filters.
Click Add new filters.
Name the filter (e.g., "Victory Nation Whitelist").
Set Filter Criteria:
In the "From" field, enter @joinvictorynation.com.
Set the destination folder to Inbox.
Click Save.
Add to Contacts (Optional):
Open an email from: newsletter.noreply@joinvictorynation.com.
Click the + symbol next to the sender’s email address.
Click Save to add to contacts.
Open the Yahoo Mail App:
Launch the Yahoo Mail app on your iOS or Android device.
Check Spam Folder:
Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select Spam.
Find an email from info@joinvictorynation.com.
Mark as Not Spam:
Open the email.
Tap the Not Spam button or icon at the top.
This moves the email to your inbox.
Add to Contacts:
Open an email from: newsletter.noreply@joinvictorynation.com.
Tap the sender’s name or email address.
Tap the + icon or Add to contacts and save.
Note: For creating filters, use a web browser, as the mobile app does not support this feature.
Open Apple Mail:
Launch the Mail app on your Mac.
Access Preferences:
Click Mail in the menu bar and select Preferences.
Create a Rule:
Go to the Rules tab.
Click Add Rule.
Name the rule (e.g., "Victory Nation Whitelist").
Set Rule Conditions:
Set the condition to From > Ends with > @joinvictorynation.com.
Set the action to Move Message to Inbox.
Click OK to save.
Add to Contacts (Optional):
Open an email from: newsletter.noreply@joinvictorynation.com.
Click the sender’s name and select Add to Contacts.
Open the Mail App:
Launch the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.
Check Junk Folder:
Tap Mailboxes and select Junk.
Find an email from info@joinvictorynation.com.
Mark as Not Junk:
Open the email.
Tap the folder icon and select Inbox to move it.
Add to Contacts:
Open an email from: newsletter.noreply@joinvictorynation.com.
Tap the sender’s name.
Tap Add to Contacts or Create New Contact and save.
Note: For creating rules, use a Mac, as the iOS Mail app does not support rule creation.
Still Not Receiving Emails?
Double-check your spam/junk folder and mark emails as "Not Spam."
Verify that you’ve entered the correct email address (@joinvictorynation.com) in filters or safe senders lists.
Contact your email provider’s support or your organization’s IT department to ensure the domain isn’t blocked at the server level.

Emails Going to Promotions Tab (Gmail)?
Drag an email from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab.
Confirm to apply this for all future emails from the sender.
